Back in the fast and furious days, the Police of Montreal and a few contributors decided to tune a Civic Type-R within the legal specs of the SAAQ to show that a car can be tuned beautifully (at the time) and be legal. This is their creation.
It sucked back in the days and it still sucks today.

Maybe it's my eyes but the wheels on that police car look too big. This wheel and tire package would work better.

Definitely. But it's a 2002 era tuner car...that's why it looks like shit lol
